[R-390] production numbers in general - LBAD

It seems odd that of the hundreds of R-390/URR and R-390A/URR receivers that I have seen, none have ever had a LBAD (Lexington Bluegrass Army Depot) tag on them.
Are we talking about nomenclature tags (you know, the ones on the front panel) or was it a "sticker" or rubber stamp applied to the rear panel? I have seen various rebuild stickers on PTO's and modules that had for example: Shop 10 Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Tobyhanna or various other different "levels" of depot repair. If thousands of those receivers passed through LBAD it seems likely that there would have been many reports of these "tags" or whatever was applied to them to designate they had been repaired at LBAD.

Regarding serial numbers and no doubt potential duplications, how did unitproperty book officers deal with receivers with the same serial numbers?
Consider the number of receivers manufactured, it might be unlikely a unit who had R-390 or R-390A receivers would have the same serial number,in each model, but it could happen.
Just curious?
