[R-390] R-390 spline wrench and Phillips screwdriver on back

Well, it's interesting about the spline (Bristol) wrench diameter.  I see
both .094 and .096 listed.  The one I use is .094" and seems to be a tight
but usable fit.  I'm not sure if the .096 is real or not, but it is
available on the internet.  I suspect that .094" is correct because it is
very close to 3/32", whereas .096" is not close to an inch fraction or MM
fraction.
