[R-390] Question About the 20 Pin male bulkhead on the IF deck

Hello Doug et al,
If you need to replace any busted connector pins, I have found that
there is enough brass in the connector body to drill out a small hole
and make a new pin that is 0.040" thick to install in the new hole. The
technique is in the Pearls under "GENERAL RESTORATION" and dated around
Sept 2019. I repaired my connector and you cannot tell it was ever
broken. In my case, the pin was used, so it had to be repaired or the
whole connector replaced. I needed a drill press and a metal lathe
unless you can find 0.040" brass wire.
