[R-390] summer 2020 "Pearls"

We all owe W. Li a debt of gratitude for the "Pearls" document. I read several yesterday and chuckled at some while remembering how busy the list was in those days. At times it got downright nasty. I remember spending several days in the "penalty box." Many of those posters and friends are no longer with us or seldom post.

I think the list has pretty much slowed down as we all age and the younger generation has no interest in big, heavy analog receivers. I read all the time but seldom post anymore. 

Because of this list, we know far more than we ever hoped to learn about these mechanical/electrical wonders.

Wei-i, Thank you very much for doing this for such a long time.  I have
used it a LOT!  Why - because I can search the content of posts that were
made.  This is important because the HHI search tool only searches the
title and author.  And, you know how meaningful those titles are sometimes.
