[R-390] Lightning crashes in audio

I had this problem in my old SW R390a. Finally tracked it to some mini-ax shielded cables. The dielectric between the center conductor and shield  was apparently breaking down partially and causing the static. I forget which specific cables were in question.  I think one was going to the rear terminal block.  Diode load maybe?  Anyway, I replaced as many of the little cables as I could and that cured it.
