[R-390] r390a and Q Multiplier

I had a Q multiplier on a HQ145 or 150, can't remember, but it was a
wonder to behold. I loved that thing. It was sort of a precursor to the
variable shift only better in my estimation. You could make it as
selective as you liked. That might be the thing for the fixed bandwidths
of the 390A.
