Well, 5Vrms would be about 14Vp-p so that's in the ballpark. I measured 
it with no input to the IF. Didn't think about putting the scope on it.

The other IF module had all bad filters, the inside insulation had 
turned to mush, had high leakage and it wreaked havoc with the AGC, I 
repaired all of them, and they have the correct form factor and good 
isolation/leakage, but the 2 and 4KHz filters have more loss than the 8 
or 16 which are about equal. Actually I think I replaced the 2 with a 
filter from an old plastic Collins filter. That was a project I'm not 
sure was worth it, but it did get the thing sorta working. I think I put 
all that on the list a long time ago including pictures.
