[R-390] Panel Refinishing

[Nick England]

The Navy (I dunno about other services) shifted colors on electronics
equipment some time in the 1950’s. I use Rustoleum Dark Machine Grey for
the earlier/darker equipment and Light Machine Grey for the newer shade.
