[R-390] Tutorials available on R390FAQ site

Yo Bubba Dudes,
Al Tirevold has added Larry Hanely's info to the R390FAQ site tutorial section.
More stuff will be posted there in the future.
The hope is to get all the info I and others have to be eventually posted there so that if someone on the list comes up with info it just does't stay as an *email me if you'd like a copy* but gets public posting for all who might be able to make use of it in the future.
