[R-390] large knobs/ setscrews

I think all of the knobs are available.  I've sold 20-30 of the small knobs
and medium knobs and at least 4 of the main tuning knobs with clamps.  I
never felt like there was much of a demand for the knobs, in other words it
took me about a year to sell those and I still have about 20 small knobs
and 5-6 medium knobs left.
