[R-390] knobs

Gang- if it gets far along, that we will make new knobs, on the large
ones, i suggest a modification- to eliminate the clamp shaft
arrangement? Redo it as a solid boss with 2 setscrew holes. Thus
eliminating the shaft clamp which are also hard to get. 
 Remember there are 3 different sizes of knobs. as already mentioned
the BFO knobs need a stop notch. 
Medium and small knobs are available. The large are most hard to get.
So i would concentrate on the large knobs for now. 
You could run a few large ones and see how they do in operation. 73s
