[R-390] broken pins in shafts

I had a broken pin in the bandswitch gear.  I was not able to drive out the pin.  The pins can  be drilled out  with a titanium coated drill bit.  Just take your time and  let the drill do its  job,  do not let it  get  hot.  Use a good  cutting oil or  Kroil.    If there is enough material and  depth,  you can tap the hole and  use a allen  head setscrew in its place.  Worked  for me  on a  bandswitch shaft.  73s Russ.
