[R-390] WWV shut down. Alternate calibration methods

I just read that the NIST has an item in the 2019 budget to shut down 'NIST
radio stations in Colorado and Hawaii'.  I assume this is WWV and WWVH.

If they do go away, how can I calibrate my equipment?  I only know using
WWV.
