[R-390] Gear clamps

If you have a drill press, it's not too terribly difficult to make a two-piece clamp similar to that but out of flat aluminum stock of sufficient thickness.  Two pieces drilled and tapped correctly and then clamped together with a small spacer (using the screws you'd use to clamp it to the gear), then drilled (and reamed if you have the right reamer) to the correct size works fine.  I had an R390A with such a clamp (I didn't make it but it didn't look that hard to make).
