[R-390] Gear clamps

A list member contacted me off list to say he used a split clamp from Fastenal for the gear clamp.  I'm not 100 percent certain, but I believe this is what he was referring to. No, it's not original, but it looks like it will work if one drills the hole to the correct diameter.
