[R-390] Kielbasa

I love Kielbasa and have had it fixed a few different ways, including grilled and in foil on a V8 exhaust manifold, and so far, like it grilled the best.  However, all the talk about cooking it on 6082's has me drooling to try it.  But, I don't want to do it if it's not going to be better than grilling.  I guess the only way I'll ever know is to go do it.  How many hours should I allow?
Yesterday I received  the caps I ordered to recap my URM-25D, so which has priority - Kielbasa of course.  I can almost smell it cooking now.
