[R-390] smoked kielbasa

Sorry for the lack of proper subject matter-  
 But I am interested in the R-725 super project.
  Smoked kielbasa has its origins in Poland more than 1,000 years ago.   So, it goes like this-  the serfs were hiding the meat from the landowners.  What they did was hide the kielbasa [uncooked] in the chimney.  The landowners asked why the stove was not running, as it was cold outside.  They had to light up the stove,  the kielbasa got smoked.  Later they tried it and found it was good.  So the serfs  created smoked sausage.  Do you believe it?  73s Russ Dworakowski
