[R-390] Manson Labs R-390A

I'm sure questions on these R-390/A's have been around. I just picked up one and I'm curious about their use. It doesn't have a front tag but there are multiple modifications to this R-390/A. It looks like a crystal oven was added among other modifications. I met someone at the hamfest that said there was a separate synthesizer for these units and were in use by NASA. I took some photos and can share if anyone has an interest.
