Ah yes!  I even had a macro programmed into my keyboard to type out:

    Morgan's Law for R-390 Meters and VR Tubes:

I did hope that most readers would realized that it was (mostly) tongue in
cheek.

Oh we should never do that.  I propose a rewrite of the line from Winnie
