Harold,

There were three main signal depots in the 70's that did 3rd 
echelon level repair and refurbishment services, since WWII. All 
three were in competition with each other, bidding for each 
contract service. They were Tobyhanna Army Depot, 
Lexington-Bluegrass Army Depot, and Sacramento Army Depot. 
Ultimately, Tobyhanna was the sole survivor.
