[R-390] Tobyhanna

I have a KWM-2A that had a sticker on front bottom,  left hand corner 
that reads Tobyhanna. Seems there was another word on the sticker but I 
don't remember what and I could not find the sticker before submitting 
my two cents worth. I spoke to a friend, who was in a position to know, 
WW II Veteran and Ham Operator said that Tobyhanna was a high level 
depot maintenance center. I have never heard any different description.
