And some poor soul (idiot) will succumb to this innuendo of the R390 series serving in Desert Storm.  If I remember correctly there has never been confirmation by anyone that was there that this rumor is true.  I've seen this seller list on eBay in this manner several times in the last couple of years....with this goofy antenna matching network very professionally hung off the back.  And now a resistor network to replace the ballast tube...there are several other more desirable methods of doing this...

Lots of hyped claims...
