[R-390] DIY R-725

Hi,

>From time to time, I think about replacing the IF deck in my R-390A with
one of my spare R-390 IF decks.

But then I read the ER article about how to do it, and the feeling goes
away.

Easier for me to obtain an R-390 and fix it up!
