[R-390] Y2KR3 future

I still have the data from Y2KR3, dated Aug 10, 2009 up on my dropbox site.
Here is the link that anyone on the list can use to get anything out of my
collection of radio documents.

The Y2KR3 is in the sub-directory /r-390a/Y2K-R3 Release 3.0/

You are all free to grab it from there or to push the latest up to the
dropbox site. It is open to anyone on this list for radio documentation. I
also keep a large collection of datasheets on tubes, military
communications training materials (NEETS, Army, AirForce) and a bunch of
stuff you may not find anywhere else.

As Perry indicated, I just do not have the time to do any Y2KR3 work. I am
working 60 hour weeks while on the road where all I do is to write
technical materials on communications systems. It kind of ruins the fun of
doing it for a hobby as when I do get free time I want to spin the dials
and enjoy radio and not to type.
