[R-390] R-390A Rf deck update

Well guys,  Larry and I  have discussed the problem at the 17.5 to 25mc IF,  and we conclude the problem is with the 1.5  and 68pf caps  at the Z213 cans.  Now off to find replacements,  especially  1.5s  One of the ferrite slugs may be an issue as it is not green like the others.  I can get  it to work on BC band but then will not work on 7mc,  unless I retune slugs.  But at  least I got some action where there  was none  before.  73s Russ.
