I've got a better scam for you. I saw on the news yesterday that you can
get out of the Obamacare penalty the IRS is going to hit you with if you
can show proof of financial hardships. One of the qualifying situations
is a threat to cancel utilities. So, just be late on the water bill and
save the threat letter for tax season.
Thought I would help out my friends on the list who may be in a bind
with the health care thing coming up.
