[R-390] Need some help

I'm having this problem with several email list.

It's a different problem, caused when someone from yahoo posts to your list.  See:

Your provider is respecting Yahoo's DMARC policy, and bouncing every message we send to you, from any yahoo subscriber, back to the list, causing 
you to get unsubscribed.

Gentlemen,

Some disturbance in the net is causing bulk email delivery problems between
our mail list provider, QTH.net, and some public mail servers.  Most
affected are folks with hotmail (from microsoft) accounts and AT&T accounts
(yahoo, att.net, sbcglobal, and a few others), and comcast.  The problems
appear to be random and non exclusive to the servers mentioned.  It is
likely not restricted to the R-390 list at QTH.net.  QTH.net hosts hundreds
of different mailing lists.

A bounced subscriber is one whose mail service is not accepting bulk email
delivery from QTH.net.  After so many non-delivery attempts you get a
notice indicating suspension.   Just go back into your web page and
re-enable and hopefully the QTH.net folks will get this ironed out.

Every list on QTH.net has a list manager (not the owner, despite what the
email contact says) who assists with subscription matters and attempts to
keep the peace.
