[R-390] Need some help

I subscribe to 13 different lists and this has been happening to me for a couple of months now. What I do is go to QTH.net (the link at the bottom) and put my current email address as if it were new, it works for a while (week or two) and then starts over again ad nauseum. It blocks me from receiving list emails. I've been traveling in South America using internet cafes for several months now and thought that was the problem but it does not seem to be related as I see many other subscribers are getting the same email. Hot mail has been giving me a lot of trouble over here anyway, I'll be changing my email when I get back in May,
