[R-390] R390A PTO

Chuck,
  Thanks. My PTO is a Cosmos and I did already remove the one turn. Now 
I get to within 100hz end to end in 10 turns.
It was easier then I feared to open the PTO and remove the one turn from 
the coil.
Now I need to find a T-203 from the RF Deck since mine has an issue and 
C209B does nothing. All the other coils and Caps adjust fine.
