[R-390] VFO End points

If his is only off 3kc on each end, once that's brought closer, the entire range may track without the need to adjust the corrector.

See http://www.r-390.com/cosmos.htm for more info on that process with a Cosmos PTO (if that's still needed).  If yours is from a different manufacturer, then the process can be different.
