IIRC, the 17Mhz oscillator is only used when in triple-conversion mode
and I don't think 14MHz and/or 31MHz are triple-conversion bands (but
you probably already knew that); however, I don't know if there are
characteristics for Y-412 that are different from the characteristics
for the crystal used in the multiband oscillator. Someone else might
comment on that.
