[R-390] Filter Repair

I've been breaking too many wires off the coils right at the point where it goes into the notch and it's always the one I can't dig out, so here's what I'm doing to try to forstall breaking more of these little wires.  Add some epoxy right on the outside of the coil where the wires come out, there's a bout 1/8 inch before it comes out of the copper cup anyhow.
