I agree!
The interesting thing is - I took the oldest hair dryer and removed its
GFCI. I replaced it with a simple two prong plug.
While this does not follow NEC, it brings up the interaction of two
GFCIs back to back.
Technically, it is STILL protected by the GFCI outlet.
Interesting results!
