[R-390] Filter Repair

I'm still looking for a good replacement for the deteriorated foam in the filters.  The foam PE from the hardline is adequate, but it's really hard to work with.  If I cound find thin strips of the stuff that would be great, I could just wrap it around the copper cups until it's the right diameter.  I've been procrastenating because it's such a pain working with the hardline foam.  I've found some PE at McMasters, but there's all sorts of PE and I'm not sure what their stuff is, it could be as hard as a chopping block.

If anyone has a good idea of stuff to use, let me know.
