[R-390] Sticking Carrier Meter

The meter can be opened and work done on it with some minor precautions. I
would wear a breathing mask...simple paper type used for medical uses should
be fine..just to trap anything you migh create floating around in the air.
Most importantly...don't lick the meter faces....that's the word on the
list.
Wash your hands good after your work...
With that you should be good to go.
Not too much worry we are told....
