I would sell what you can, and give away what you can't sell. Someone else
may be able to enjoy the things you don't need.

I would try to sell them, some of them may be irreplaceable. There are a
lot of scanned manuals on the web either for free or for a cost but some of
us prefer the real thing.
As for Heathquit manuals, unless there has been a change recently, Heath
still jealously protects their copyrights which makes copies harder to find
and frequently illegal when you do find them. Many Heath copies do not
include the assembly section which can be very useful at times.
