Ahh, yes, now I see.  Tells you how long I've been putting off restoring 
my 390As ;-)   - should have recognized what it was, but the idea of a 
"Single sideband adapter made specifically to fit the radio" had me going...

It would have been nice if the seller had shown it - I'm guessing now it 
is a homebrew product detector mounted inside the radio.
