[R-390] Pinned Down - advice needed

Chris,

You may want to get your self a pair of vise grip pliers.

Set the up in the drill press and drill a very small hole in one jaw.

Into the small hole you would like to insert a short length of the drill
bit you used to drill that hole.

You now have a pin in a pair of pliers you could use to work the roll 
pin out of the collar and shaft.

You could pull a small bench vise apart and drill a hole in it
Some thing to make up a small press.
