[R-390] C551 Replacement?

It certainly appears to be one.

When you take the price in British Pounds, convert to USD, and ship it, 
you can get several new poly type ones.

I've left the old one in place, and replaced it with a poly one wired to 
stand-offs, and simply disconnected the old oil and paper one.

Just another $0.02 worth.
