[R-390] R-390/URR (Not A) data plate

I have a R-390/URR working, but unrestored. I plan on putting it on  
the bench after I finish my R-390A/URR. It is missing the data plate &  
I would like to replace it. I emailed Dan Arnie (Hank) about buying  
one, but he hasn't replied. Is there another source for these? Also,  
How do I determine if my receiver was manufactured by Collins or  
Motorola. The VFO was built by Collins, But weren't all the R-390/URR  
VFO's built by Collins? Seems I heard that somewhere.
