[R-390] R-390A PTO ground strap screw

Hey Bob,

Bet you wish you'd had all this advice _before_ you lost the screw that 
no one seems to have a replacement for... :-)

Isn't it just a standard stainless panhead Phillips #4-40 or #2-56, 
etc.?  I can't remember as it's been a few years since I looked at one.
