[R-390] Interesting R390A

Doubtful that the Navy would use Radio Shack toggle switches, control
connector, and bleeder resistor tie-down except for some experiment in
a lab. I agree with Cecil about it being a nice ham-modified job.

FWIW - Here's a standard R-390A in use aboard a sub (USS Robert E Lee
SSBN-601) - also shows CV-591, AN/BRR-3, and R-389
