That's a stretch...
Panel is not original...looks to be a flat sheet with all the holes drilled.
No countersunk holes which is why the name plate had to be relocated. The
toggle switches are not what you would expect for a mil spec project. I
don't ever remember there being a mention that R-390A's were ever used on
Submarine service.
Front panel even looks like rub off stenciling...things don't line up
vertically around some switches...etc
Maybe a one off prototype or just someones idea of what should have been.
I've seen a restorer somewhere listing the use of the expensive aviation oil
used for lubrication in an ebay listing.
Not sure what the 4 pin Control plug in the rear is for. I'm guessing
instead of a Rare Navy model maybe a specially commissioned, optimized for a
boatanchor amateur radio station installation.
