Been there, done that.  Some years ago had the same thing and was able to straighten the shaft.  A friend has a lathe and using a dial indicator to find the high/low spots we then clamped  the shaft in a vice and used a long handle somthing to apply the needed corrections.  A little at a time and you may be able to bring it back.
 
Is the RF deck for a R-390 or R-390A?

'evening all..... anyone got a MHz shaft from the  gear box they can spare ?
I just got  RF module ex USPs but the shaft poked thru' the  box  and  got
badly bent.
The usual compensations  apply.
