When I first joined the Navy - we were required - when 
traveling under orders - to be in dress uniform.  On our 
last flight "provided by the Navy" - we were ordered to 
travel in civilian clothes - and Viet Nam had already fallen 
- and was "done" by then - but that didn't keep the "haters" 
from "protesting" service members...   Yeah times have 
changed - and in this case - for the better.
