[R-390] Need EAC-sized nameplate, will trade?

That's a Dale Chihuly glass sculpture at the Oklahoma City Art Museum. 
Half of the third floor is devoted to a huge permanent exhibit of 
Chihuly's jaw-dropping glass art. Absolutely amazing stuff, I think the 
guy must be a wizard or something.
