[R-390] High Electrical hash noise level

Burry a 250 gallon propane tank....

I've had natural gas so long I have decided if I ever end up where it's not 
available, I will do the same...

Gas water heater, stove and heat..

Heat pumps don't do well  when the outside air temp is in the teens...seem 
to resort to resistive strip heating....so much for efficiency.  Heating the 
house with a dummy load.
