The changes will be a chapter at a time and I will try to include some sort
of change log at the beginning of each chapter, identifying what has been
modified. That is something I am used to doing as I live in consultant-land
now. That way we can track who was the source of some of the additions. Of
course there will be some "proofing" done by a few folks before an updated
chapter is released.

The earliest chapters will have the least amount of changes as they are
based upon the original 1985 manual. Those might be graphics changes to
improve clarity.
