[R-390] Baluns Caps and Ballasts

I did the capacitor "Re-stuff" on my R-390A.
The whole bit.......drill and tap for brass screws, shove the new caps in 
and epoxy.........
It was an interesting exercise, but a waste of time.....

New capacitors can be soldered below the chassis, directly to the octal 
sockets......
