[R-390] My last major hurdle in restoration

The biggest PIA in my ongoing efforts to bring back a St. J's survivor 
is getting the front panel refinished.

Yes, I KNOW that there are several folks that do these.  However the 
economic situation has taken me out of using these resources.

I've given multiple attempts to refinishing an engraved one.  The 
filling in has been VERY problematic.

The other one is the original one that came with it, (or it may have 
been from the spare chassis I obtained.) is a silk-screened one.  I've 
given thought to trying the "Dry Transfer decals" that are still 
available from AES.

Once I get this hurdle passed, I can begin re-assembly and move into a 
complete alignment.
